1. No Physical Delivery
ATV Extreme ATL does not ship any physical products. All purchases made through our website are for digital booking confirmations, granting customers access to our ATV riding experiences. Customers will not receive any physical items via mail.
2. Booking Confirmation & Access to Services
Upon successful payment, customers will receive an automated booking confirmation via email, sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation serves as proof of purchase and includes:
• Reservation date and time
• Meeting location and directions
• Check-in instructions
• Any required waivers or agreements
Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is correctly entered at checkout. If a confirmation email is not received within [X] minutes of purchase, customers should check their spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
3. Delivery Method
Booking confirmations and related documents are delivered instantly upon purchase. Customers can access their digital booking details through:

4. File Format
If applicable, digital documents provided to customers (such as waivers, maps, or instructions) may be in the following formats:

Customers must ensure they have the necessary software to open and view these files.
5. No Shipping Costs
As all purchases are for digital services and confirmations, there are no shipping charges associated with any transaction.
6. Customer Responsibility
By completing a booking with ATV Extreme ATL, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Valid Contact Information: Customers must provide a correct email address to receive booking details. ATV Extreme ATL is not responsible for undelivered emails due to incorrect or inactive email addresses.
• Download & Storage: Customers should download and store their booking confirmation securely, as this serves as proof of purchase.
• Timely Arrival: Customers must arrive at the designated meeting location on time for their scheduled ride. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund.
• Compliance with Safety Requirements: Customers must follow all safety guidelines, rules, and waiver agreements as outlined in the confirmation email.
7. Troubleshooting & Support

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our services, Refunds will not be issued except in cases where:
• A duplicate purchase is made in error.
• A system error prevents the booking confirmation from being sent.
• Cancellations must take place within 48 hours order was placed (NOT 48 hours before your appointment) for a refund,
