RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand ATV riding and outdoor laser tag involve serious risks including rollovers, collisions, falls, mechanical malfunction, terrain hazards, weather conditions, and possible injury, paralysis, or death.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks, known and unknown, including risks caused by ordinary negligence.

2. Release of Liability

In exchange for being allowed to participate, I release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue LCS Capital Group Inc. (d/b/a ATV Extreme ATL) and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence.

This does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

3. Saftey Rules and Responsibility

I agree to:

Follow all safety instructions
Wear required helmet and safety gear
Not operate equipment recklessly
Not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Confirm I am physically able to participate

The Company may remove me from the activity without refund if I violate safety rules or create a safety risk.

4. Equipment Damage

I accept financial responsibility for damage I cause to ATVs, laser tag equipment, or property due to misuse or reckless behavior.

5. Medical Authorization

If I am injured, I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and accept financial responsibility for medical costs.

6. Reservation and Refund Policy ( Very Important )

ATV Extreme ATL operates on a time-specific reservation system.

You may cancel for a full refund only within 48 hours from the exact time your booking is completed (when payment is processed).

This is NOT 48 hours before your scheduled activity.

After 48 hours from booking has passed, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

If your scheduled activity is less than 48 hours away at the time you book, the reservation is immediately non-refundable.

The booking timestamp in our system is the official time used to determine this window.

7. Late Arrival And No Show Policy

Your reservation secures staff, vehicles, and equipment exclusively for your scheduled time.

Late arrival does not extend your reserved time.
Arrival outside your reserved time window is treated as a no-show.

If you fail to arrive within your reserved time window, funds paid are retained as a contractually agreed cancellation fee.

This fee compensates for reserved capacity that was unavailable to other customers.

8. Payment And Displute Acknowledgement

By completing this booking, I confirm:

I authorized this charge.
I understand the cancellation and no-show terms.
I agree this signed agreement, booking timestamp, and check-in documentation may be used in response to any payment dispute or chargeback.

9. Media Release

I grant permission for photos or videos taken during participation to be used for promotional purposes.

10. Legal Terms

This Agreement is governed by Georgia law.

Any legal action must be filed in Fayette County, Georgia.

If any section is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
