If you are late you will not be able to take part in your scheduled activity AND you will not be refunded.
Insurance Requirement
CLR Insurance cover ATV/UTV, DAMAGES ONLY, medical is solely the customers responsibility. CLR insurance comes with a $2000 deductible. CLR covers damages after the deductible is met. Deductible must be paid before leaving the ranch.
Is there an age restriction ?
To ride solo on an ATV you must be 16 and up with adult supervision and some form of ID with your birth date, younger children weighing at least 60 pounds can ride on a 2 seater with an adult.
Do you need a motorcycle license ?
No.
What's the duration of the tour ?
1 hour including instructional.
What rentals can accommodate 2 people ?
The vehicles that can accommodate 2 people safely are our UTV’s & 2 seater ATV’s
What do I wear ?
We recommend pants & long sleeves however the only item that is mandatory is closed toed shoes.

Is there an age limit ?
The age limit to drive is 16 and up, adult accompanying must have a valid US Drivers License. For a ride along a child must be at least 60 lbs to ride along. 16 & 17 year olds must have some form of ID with birthdate information.
Are the tours guided ? how will I know where to go ?
All ATV tours are guided by professional, knowledgeable guides. There is always a front guide, leading the tour group.
I have never been on an ATV before, will I be able to do this ?
Don’t worry; you’ll fit right in with most other participants! Our experienced and patient guides will happily facilitate your experience to make you as comfortable as possible. You will also complete a short practice session prior to the main tour. No experience is necessary to take the single ATVs.
Will I get dirty ?
Short answer, Yes.
Is my driver's license needed to check-in for a trail ?
Yes, you check in with your physical license and debit or credit on file or a valid government issued ID.
No exceptions.
Can I pay in cash when we get there ?
We take full payment at the time of the reservation. If you would like to pay in cash upon arrival, we will be happy to refund your credit card when you check-in. Please be advised that we hold IDs and cards while out on the trail for incidental purposes only.
Do I need to sign a waiver ?
Yes, all participants must sign a participation agreement. All Minor Aged Drivers (ages 16 and 17) must have the additional parental permission portion signed.
What if I am running late ?
If you are late for your tour or do not show up, you will not be refunded. As a company we will have incurred all the same expenses and will have sadly turned other guests away who wanted your spot. Be careful to plan well in advance for traffic and train/bus schedules.
What's the policy around refunds?
*Late, no show = NO REFUND, NO RESCHEDULE * if Ranch has to reschedule due to weather (NOT RAIN) there will only be rain checks no refunds* Your fee retains your scheduled date and time. Cancellations must take place within 48 hours order was placed (NOT 48 hours before your appointment) for a refund, no refunds will be issued the day prior or on. No reschedules or refunds the date of your appointment please plan accordingly.
Can I bring my own ATV/UTV?
We don’t accept outside ATVs/UTVs due to the fact our location offers hour tours we’re not a Full/Half day park.

Is there a weight limit?
Yes, Single ATVs: 275 pounds or less while our two seaters have a capacity for 450 pounds in total or less.
What are your group rates?
Group rates aren’t offered at the moment.
Does rain effect bike availability?
We are open rain or shine.
