ANSWERS

Absolutely — you'll fit right in with most other riders. Patient, experienced guides run a short practice session before the main tour, and no experience is needed for the single ATVs.
You must be 16+ to ride solo, with adult supervision and ID showing your birth date. Kids at least 60 lbs can ride passenger on a two-seater with an adult, and you must be 18+ to drive a minor.
Close to an hour depending on how you ride — a 6-mile guided loop with instructional time included. A front guide leads every group.
No. Just a physical driver's license or valid government-issued ID at check-in, plus a debit or credit card on file.
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory — that's the only hard rule. We recommend pants and long sleeves. Will you get dirty? Short answer: yes.
Single ATVs carry up to 300 lbs. Two-seaters carry 450 lbs total — one driver, one passenger, no switching mid-ride.
No — our location runs hour-long guided tours rather than full or half-day park access, so outside machines aren't accepted.
Late or no-show = no refund, no reschedule. Cancellations must happen within 48 hours of placing the order (not 48 hours before your appointment). Weather reschedules get rain checks, not refunds. Plan accordingly.
We're open rain or shine. Honestly, the mud is better after rain.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in. There is no grace period. If you are late, you will not be able to take part in your scheduled activity and you will not be refunded.
CLR insurance covers ATV/UTV damages only. Medical responsibility belongs solely to the customer. CLR insurance has a $2,000 deductible, and the deductible must be paid before leaving the ranch.
Our two-seater ATVs accommodate two riders: one driver and one passenger. Riders cannot switch positions during the ride.
Drivers must be 16+ with adult supervision. The accompanying adult must have a valid U.S. driver's license. Ride-along children must be at least 60 lbs, and 16- and 17-year-old drivers must have ID with birth date information.
All ATV tours are guided by professional, knowledgeable guides. A front guide always leads the tour group.
Short answer: yes.
Yes. Check in with your physical license and a debit or credit card on file, or with a valid government-issued ID. No exceptions.
Full payment is taken at the time of reservation. If you want to pay in cash upon arrival, your credit card can be refunded when you check in. IDs and cards are held while guests are on the trail for incidental purposes only.
Yes. All participants must sign a participation agreement. Minor drivers ages 16 and 17 must also have the parental permission portion signed.
If you are late for your tour or do not show up, you will not be refunded. Plan well in advance for traffic and transportation schedules.
Call 720-879-6143 or email info@atvextremeatl.com.
Group rates are not offered at the moment.
To maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests, everyone must use the restrooms responsibly. If a guest leaves the restroom in an unsanitary condition, that guest may be required to clean the area before participating in rides or activities.
